Two way bindings Flex 4

This is a special feature of flex 4 where you can bind in two ways.
Here in the application loading below you can write any where you can and the other gets updated. Like you are filling "your comments" application and you will see simultaneously the "Preview" gets filled up automatically and vice versa.
